Do I need a boating licence to rent a boat?

No. All our boats come with a professional, licensed skipper, so you don't need any boating licence to sail with us.

How do I pay for my booking?

Your booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit of the total amount by card. The remaining 50% is paid before boarding, either via a second payment link or in cash to the skipper, as agreed.

What is the cancellation policy?

More than 45 days before: full refund. Between 15 and 45 days: the 50% deposit is lost (the rest is refunded if paid). Less than 15 days or no-show: no refund.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my booking?

If weather conditions pose a safety risk, the decision to cancel is the skipper's. In that case, we offer an alternative date within the next 60 days or, if that's not possible, a full refund of amounts paid within a maximum of 14 business days, with no penalties.

How many people fit on each boat?

The maximum number of passengers is the certified capacity for each specific boat, shown on its page and in the booking confirmation. For safety and legal reasons, this number cannot be exceeded.

It depends on the boat — each listing clearly states whether fuel and VAT are included in the displayed price.

What documents do I need to board?

Spanish maritime regulations require the skipper to declare the passenger list before departure. We'll ask for the full name and ID document of every passenger in advance.

Can I drink alcohol on board?

Moderate consumption is not a problem, but if it compromises safety on board, the skipper may refuse or stop the service with no right to a refund.

Which ports do the boats depart from?

We depart from Puerto Banús, Marbella town centre and Estepona, depending on the boat chosen.

Yes. Extras are confirmed and paid separately; each external provider has its own cancellation policy, which we share with you when the extra is confirmed.

Yes, we organise trips for birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate events, romantic getaways, family days, sunset cruises, sport fishing and snorkelling routes.

What happens if the boat breaks down on the day of the trip?

A technical fault that prevents sailing safely is treated as a cause not attributable to the client: we offer an alternative date within 60 days or a full refund, the same as for bad weather.
